3) Delivery time
Deliveries are usually ordered within five working days.
4) Minimum order value
There is no minimum order value.
5) Shipping costs
Orders which can be sent as ordinary letter post with a C3 envelope at the most are free of postage. For the remaining products, we will provide you with an appropriate offer after quotation. However, the products can be picked up free of charge at the Galerie Bromer in Roggwil BE after prior arrangement.
6) Shipping partner
Deliveries are made by us directly or by a shipping partner (e.g. Swiss Post, external carrier) during normal working hours. When entering the shipping address, please make sure that someone is available to receive the package.
The prices of our offered goods are indicated in CHF. They also include the possible value added tax. If Galerie Bromer AG sells goods as a direct representative for third parties via this online platform, the corresponding prices do not include VAT. In the case of promotions that are announced with our electronic newsletter and from which only newsletter subscribers can benefit, the product entitled to the promotion is listed with the original price. Of course, newsletter subscribers who make use of the online order will also benefit from the special conditions with the official invoice sent by mail.
8) Payment conditions
Deliveries are made against advance payment (invoice payable within 10 days). However, it is also possible to pay for the offered goods via PayPal, with MasterCard or with VISA. For online customers who would like to benefit from special offers for newsletter subscribers, we recommend the payment method "invoice" (see also point 7 above).
Complaints due to defects or due to incomplete or incorrect delivery are to be communicated to us in writing immediately, at the latest 14 days after the invoice date.
10) Right of return of pictures, sculptures and antiques
Our goal is satisfied customers. Paintings, sculptures and antiques can be returned to our offices in Roggwil BE or Zurich within 14 days from the date of invoice by prior arrangement (Tel. 062 918 10 80; E-Mail: email@example.com) in person at the agreed date. The purchase price already paid will be refunded by bank transfer if the claim is justified. Pictures, sculptures and antiques that are returned to us personally or impersonally without prior agreement do not benefit from the right of return.
11) Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Galerie Bromer AG until full payment has been received. This shall apply mutatis mutandis also to goods which Gallery Bromer AG brokers as a direct representative via this online platform. In this case the ownership of the goods remains with the person represented by Galerie Bromer AG until full payment. Each purchased work will be handed over or sent by mail only after full payment.
Claims for damages due to errors in illustrations, prices and texts or due to delayed delivery remain excluded. The color of the products shown in the online store may differ from the actual product color.
13) Data protection
The data necessary for the business transaction will be treated confidentially.
Place of jurisdiction is at the head office of Galerie Bromer AG in Zurich. Swiss law is exclusively applicable.
